This is the FX 35th anniversary model, a rare limited edition car produced for only one year in 2007. The paint, reminiscent of the 1972 boat-tail Shovelhead and the first-generation FX, is of course original paint. The mileage is only 13,000 km. It has been stored indoors since it was new and is still as clean as new. Of course, it has been well maintained and is in excellent condition, making it truly easy to drive.
This vehicle is also a rare TC88 (1440cc) injection model; normally, twin-cam injection vehicles are TC96 (1570cc), but this one-year-only TC88 is equipped with injection, making it an extremely valuable vehicle. Additionally, the spoke wheels, which are combined with semicircular rims, which are extremely rare for Harley, are a special anniversary model made just for this model.
The seat, fairing and handlebars have been slightly customized.
Some of the original parts remain, although not all, and of course we will pass them on to the next owner, so it would be nice to restore it to the slightly unsophisticated original FXD style and ride it again.
The inner primary bearing and crank position sensor, which are weak points of the Twin Cam 88, have been replaced, so there should be no major problems for a while. This vehicle is in perfect condition to take you on a trip around Japan right away.
